How does your wedding session in Tenerife work.
Before the wedding.
Free consultation (video call or in-person meeting).
We’ll go through all the details, your vision and preferences, the timeline, and, if needed, I’ll help you choose the perfect location and styling.
On the wedding day.
We meet at the hotel or wedding venue.
For large weddings, I work with an assistant, arrive early to scout.
We shoot according to your scenario: bride/groom prep, ceremony, walk —
all at a comfortable pace.
After the wedding.
You will receive all photos in high resolution via your personal online gallery.
You will be able to download the images in two formats — full resolution and optimized for social media — as well as share the link with your family and friends.
Photo prints, albums, and USB delivery are available upon request for an additional fee.
FAQ about wedding photography in Tenerife
When is the best time for a wedding shoot in Tenerife?
All year round! Each season has its own advantages depending on the location.
In late autumn and winter (November–February), the light is softer and there is no intense heat — perfect for mountain sessions.
Do you work with video?
If you prefer not to hire a professional videographer, I can offer video as an additional service for an extra fee.
Please note that I am not a professional videographer: I do not use a stabilizer and I cannot capture the same moment simultaneously in both photo and video. I will need a bit of time to switch between modes.
You are welcome to request examples, and I will be happy to show you videos I have created before.
If video is not your main priority, you can add this service to your photoshoot and receive a nicely edited video.
What if it rains on the shooting day?
Rain in Tenerife rarely lasts more than 30 minutes. We have a Plan B: move to an indoor location (e.g. old finca or hotel with patio) or reschedule to the next day. You won’t lose your deposit.
Do I need a permit for shooting in Teide National Park?
Yes, for professional photoshoots in Teide National Park, a special permit is required.
The permit must be requested 1–3 months before the desired shooting date. The earlier the application is submitted, the better, as the number of permits is limited.
I cannot guarantee that the permit will be approved, as the process is very strict and complex.
If the permit is successfully granted, a €300 deposit is required, half of which is covered by the client.
The deposit is usually refunded within approximately 3 months, although in some cases it may take up to 6 months.
